Founder
Larry founded Minasian & Associates in 1986, realizing his vision for a company dedicated to serving the needs of property owners in his community. Larry continues to offer his immense knowledge and experience to the firm in his current role as consultant.
A native Angelino raised in Pasadena, Larry graduated from John Muir High School and California State University at Los Angeles. In his early career he held the positions of Bunker Hill Project Manager – downtown L.A., and Assistant City Manager, City of Whittier. Larry has been an active member of his community, serving as a board member of the Pasadena Education Foundation and past president of the Commercial Realtor’s Tuesday Morning Breakfast Group. He is also a member of the Pasadena Developers Group, The University Club, and is a long time Rotarian.
Mr. Minasian’s two adult children and grandchildren also reside in the greater Pasadena area. His daughter, Jennifer, owns a career as a respected Architectural Historian and is the Head Curator and Interim Director of Pasadena’s iconic Gamble House. His son, David, has been an integral part of the property management and leasing team at Minasian & Associates since 2012, and currently serves as company President.
